COVID- 19 Update
In response to the Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic, we are committed to the health and well-being of our employees, customers, and community. We are following guidance from the Department of Transportation, CDC, WHO, and other government agencies. Our updated sanitation policies include:
- Sanitizing all trucks and equipment between moves.
- Providing movers with disposable gloves and waterless soap for hand hygiene.
- Requesting that high-risk or symptomatic customers alert us immediately; affected moves will be canceled.
- Reducing office hours and staff to comply with social distancing.
- Conducting estimates via phone or video chat to minimize contact.
- Allowing employees who are high-risk or symptomatic to work from home or take leave.
We aim to maintain our high service standards while ensuring safety. If a move needs to be canceled or rescheduled, we will contact you promptly. We are waiving rescheduling fees with 24-hour notice until April 15th. For overnight stays, we need to arrange hotel accommodations for our employees before loading shipments. Please inform us if your state has mandatory closings so we can adjust plans accordingly.
Thank you for your understanding and cooperation during this challenging time. We look forward to assisting with your moving needs.
